Do I need a licence to ship with you?
For most shipments, no. You deal with us and we arrange the freight. For regulated goods we'll tell you up front if any permit is needed.
Do you handle customs?
We coordinate clearance and documentation for you, working with licensed customs brokers. You get one point of contact for the whole job.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL means a full container you fill yourself. LCL means you share a container and only pay for the space your cargo uses, which is usually cheaper for smaller loads.
How do I get a quote?

Can you insure my cargo?
Yes. We can arrange cargo insurance for your shipment so you're covered if anything goes wrong in transit.
What paperwork do I need?
Usually a commercial invoice and a packing list, plus a few more documents depending on the route and cargo. We'll tell you exactly what's needed before anything moves.
